Your written proposal
Review the daily plan, travel dates, accommodation standard, included and excluded services, price and booking conditions. Ask for changes before you confirm.
Booking payments
The initial payment is normally 30% of the land services price. Flights and other arrangements requiring advance payment are itemised separately; every payment counts towards the agreed total. The remaining balance is normally due 30 days before departure. For later bookings, your proposal states the applicable schedule before you confirm.

No. First we discuss your dates and plans, then you review a personalised proposal before confirming the arrangements.
What if our plans change?
Email us as soon as you know. We will review the arrangements already made, explain any supplier conditions and necessary costs, and discuss the available options before changing the itinerary.
Is there a fixed price for the sample itineraries?
No. The final price and exact inclusions depend on your travel dates, group size, service preferences and flights. Your written proposal sets out the agreed total.
